The famous psychoanalyst Carl Gustav Jung gives a special place to the dreamed rainbow. For him, it represents the bridge to the world beyond, which departed souls use as a means of transition after their death.
For spiritual dream interpretation, the rainbow points to the symbol of wholeness. The rainbow embodies the connection of earth and sky, peace with all existence and God, which can be further understood as the reconnection to one's Divine Self.
